Nicole Michel

Nicole Michel is a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in developing cross-functional relationships within highly matrixed organizations. They began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Target, moving through various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist and HR Manager at Nuance Communications, where they led significant M&A activities and supported a remote workforce of 2,500. Currently, Nicole serves as the Director of HR Business Partner at Microsoft, drawing on their expertise in HR processes, HRIS systems, and program management. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Suffolk University.
