Nicole Parchani has a robust background in engineering and research, highlighted by roles at Microsoft and various research labs at the University of Michigan. As a Peer Advisor, Parchani supported freshmen in their research endeavors, while internships at Microsoft involved developing tools for Surface product quality and leading hardware validation initiatives. Parchani's research experience includes optimizing urban water systems in the Kerkez Lab and developing low-power IoT devices in the Wentzloff Lab. Currently serving as Executive Director at EmpowerU, Parchani is dedicated to education and empowerment. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
