Nikhil Gopal

Nikhil Gopal, PhD, is the Principal Data & Applied Science Manager at Microsoft, where they leverage their expertise in machine learning and data science to tackle complex problems. Previously, they held various roles, including Data Scientist at RealSelf and National Library of Medicine Informatics Fellow at the University of Washington, where they designed innovative studies and developed network visualization software. Nikhil earned a PhD in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the University of Washington and has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Bioinformatics from Stanford University, along with a BS in Biotechnology--Bioinformatics from UC Davis.
