Nir Hendler

Nir Hendler is a Principal PM Manager at Microsoft, leading Customer Experience (CxE) initiatives for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud Apps since December 2015. With a focus on customer adoption and collaboration with product engineering, Nir manages a team of product managers to drive the implementation of security solutions. Previously, Nir served as a Senior Program Manager in M365 Compliance, an Escalation Engineer in Information and Threat Protection, and a Software Engineer specializing in cross-platform applications. Prior experience includes roles at Secure Islands Technologies, Magen David Adom in Israel as a Paramedic and Station Manager, and as a Support Engineer at Pepperi. As a founding partner of Gnip, Nir contributed to developing internet user experience tools. Educational qualifications include a .NET developer degree from John Bryce and an EMT-P certification from Mada Paramedic School.
