Øystein Fledsberg

Øystein Fledsberg is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the technology industry. They began their career at eJournal in 1998, developing web-based CRM solutions, and subsequently worked at Fast Search & Transfer, where they contributed to the AllTheWeb search engine. Øystein held senior positions at Yahoo and Google, focusing on large-scale storage and data processing infrastructures. Most recently, they have been a Partner Architect at Microsoft, specializing in infrastructure and AI/ML, while previously leading teams responsible for search indexing and engineering management. Øystein earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Datateknikk from Oslo and Akershus University College.
