Parminder Rai

Parminder Rai is currently the WW Implementation and Adoption Leader at Microsoft, where they lead the global implementation of Unified Success Programs focusing on customer health and AI innovation. Prior to this role, Parminder held various leadership positions across companies such as Experian and CloudSense, where they drove customer success initiatives and managed high-profile projects. They also contributed to the London 2012 Olympics as a Technology Rate Card Project Manager, overseeing technology delivery for key stakeholders. Parminder holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business from The University of Manchester.
