Paul M. Conboy is an operations-oriented strategist and leader with extensive experience in crisis management. Currently serving as the Commercial Solutions, Americas Crisis Lead at Microsoft, they have a proven track record of developing strategic responses for significant events, including ransomware attacks and natural disasters. Previously, at PwC, Paul held various roles including Director of Crisis & Resilience Consulting and Chief of Staff for the U.S. Forensic Services, where they led teams and implemented improvements across operational practices. Paul earned an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and multiple degrees in accounting from the University of Richmond.
