Phil Luo is a Software Engineering Manager on Azure App Services at Microsoft. Phil began their career at Microsoft with a summer internship in 2008, followed by various roles, including Software Development Engineer in Test and Software Engineer II, where they focused on enhancing uptime for Azure App Services. Phil also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Maryland, where they supported students in Digital Logic Design. They hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2009.
