Philip Sills is a Programme Architect at Microsoft, specializing in Public Sector and Defence Industrial Base, with nearly 30 years of experience in IT, primarily in the Defence and Intelligence sector. Currently, Philip leads technical delivery teams to support customer goals for Digital Transformation, focusing on secure cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. Prior to joining Microsoft, Philip served 23 years in the British Army's Royal Corps of Signals, culminating as the head of Information Systems Operations.
