Phillip Gerdes is a Senior Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, having transitioned through various roles in the tech industry since 2014. They began their career as a Jr. Systems Administrator at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where they oversaw significant migrations and configurations for Office 365. Phillip further honed their expertise at Experis as a FastTrack Engineer, focusing on automated onboarding processes for large customers.
