Prerna Ajmera

Prerna Ajmera is currently the GM of HR Digital Strategy & Innovation at Microsoft, where they focus on shaping industry-leading employee experiences and driving HR digital transformation. With previous roles at Microsoft as Senior Director and Lead Project Manager, Prerna has successfully managed complex initiatives for over 200,000 employees across multiple countries. Their career also includes experience as Head of Services Delivery at VirtualSoft Systems and in various design and educational positions early in their professional journey. Prerna holds an honors degree from Malviya Regional Engineering College and has been committed to creating expansive, human-centered work environments since the beginning of their career.
