Qi Zhang

Qi Zhang is a Partner Engineering Manager at Microsoft Azure, specializing in data mining, algorithms, databases, and cloud computing. They previously held roles as a Principal Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, as well as Principal Software Engineer and Senior Manager at EMC. Qi completed their Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fudan University. They also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Google and worked as a Software Development Engineer II at Microsoft early in their career.
