Raamel Mitchell

Raamel Mitchell serves as the Global Director of the Black Partner Growth Initiative at Microsoft, where they lead efforts to develop a multibillion-dollar global technology ecosystem of black technology companies. With 19 years of experience at Microsoft, Raamel has a background in empowering individuals and communities while driving business impact through initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they acted as the Corporate Citizenship and Market Development Director for the Central United States, spearheading partnerships and community engagement strategies. Raamel holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University and global MBAs from Georgetown University and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, while also having studied Strategy and Innovation at MIT. They are actively involved on the boards of several organizations, contributing to various initiatives aimed at shaping technology and community development.
