Radhika Ramadoss

Radhika Ramadoss is a design leader at Microsoft, drawing on over 14 years of experience in design and research. Previously, they held positions at PayU as a UX Manager and Associate Director of UX, and at Human Factors International as Center of Excellence Lead and Senior Design Researcher. Radhika began their career with internships and project work at Nokia and ergoform consulting. They completed a Bachelor of Design in Product Design from Symbiosis International University and continue their education at Swami Vivekanand High School and Junior College.
