Radka Parks

Radka Parks is currently an Executive Assistant to the VP of HR for EMEA MCAPS at Microsoft, where they provide comprehensive executive support and collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones. Previously, Radka served as an Operations Manager and various roles at IBM, where they contributed to financial analysis, business operations, and executive administration. Radka's career began at Cushman & Wakefield LLP as a Team & Marketing Assistant. They hold a degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College and completed their Maturita at Gymnasium Pod Vysehradem in Prague.
