Rajkiran Tholapi

Rajkiran Tholapi is a Senior Hardware Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in the development of superconductor-semiconductor hybrid systems for quantum computing. With over a decade of experience in materials engineering and device fabrication, Rajkiran has previously held positions as a research engineer at QuTech and a postdoctoral fellow at IM2NP, where they focused on advanced materials research. Rajkiran holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Hamburg, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Nanoscience and Biosciences, respectively. They are also a certified Design for Six Sigma Green Belt, applying DFSS methodologies to enhance the performance and reliability of quantum devices.
