Ralph Haupter

Ralph Haupter has a strong background in the tech industry, having held various leadership positions at Microsoft and IBM. Currently serving as President of Microsoft EMEA and President of Microsoft Asia, Ralph oversees numerous subsidiaries, employees, and partners in the region. Haupter is particularly passionate about the role of technology, especially AI, in Asia's digital growth. Prior to their current roles, Ralph led Microsoft's operations in Greater China and Germany. Educated at Berufsakademie Stuttgart and Export Akademie Reutlingen, Ralph holds Master's degrees in international business.
