Raluca Radu is a Partner Technical Advisor at Microsoft, a position held since 2017. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Stefanini EMEA, where they provided support in English and Spanish, and managed incident escalation from 2016 to 2017. Raluca's career began as a Front Desk Receptionist at Golden Tulip Victoria Bucharest Hotel in 2016, where they excelled in customer service and front desk management. Raluca is currently pursuing a degree in Philology, specializing in Romanian and Spanish, at the University of Bucharest.
