Randall Hopkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the wine industry and talent acquisition. As the Owner and Winemaker of Corvus Cellars from 2004 to 2019, Randall cultivated a passion for wine and viticulture, also managing Corvus Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA. In the realm of corporate recruitment, Randall held significant positions at Microsoft, including Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Engineering since June 2022 and previously serving as a Senior Recruitment Leader. Additional leadership roles include Director of Global Recruiting at Edifecs, Managing Director at Xtreme Consulting Group, and Head of Talent at Gaia Platform and Mylio.
