Rashida Hodge

Rashida Hodge is a transformational leader with a passion for technology, people, and culture. Currently, they serve as a CVP in Azure Data and AI at Microsoft, guiding customer success efforts. Rashida is also an active board member for several organizations, including Girls Inc. and Sonatype, and holds a limited partnership role with Neotribe Ventures and Operator Collective. Their past leadership experience includes notable positions at IBM, where they drove significant initiatives in AI and supply chain management. Rashida is pursuing an Executive MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds both a BS and MS from North Carolina State University.
