Ravindra Gompa

Ravindra Gompa is currently the Program Director at Microsoft, bringing over 25 years of expertise in managing large-scale IT programs and delivering IT products. With a strong foundation in program management, they have previously held the role of Group Project Manager at Infosys, where they led significant banking product implementations for major financial institutions. Prior to that, Ravindra served as a Project Manager at Wipro Technologies, overseeing complex projects and fostering client relationships. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from GITAM, where they graduated in 1996.
