Ric Walls

Ric Walls is a Principal Engineer at Microsoft, where they lead teams in the creation and execution of test cases for commodity validation efforts, as well as managing diagnostic program development for the company's data center servers. With extensive experience in hardware validation, manufacturing test strategy, and product development, Ric has held various roles in high-profile tech companies, including AMD and Dell, where they implemented key processes and managed significant testing efforts. Ric began their career at Data General as a Test Engineer and later held managerial positions that contributed to hardware integration and validation in multiple organizations. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Ohio Tech.
