Rick Barraza

Rick Barraza is currently a Principal Design Manager at Microsoft, contributing to the Design Leadership team in the DevDiv. Previously, they served as a Creative Director at both Cynergy Systems and VMIX Media, Inc., and worked in Interactive Media Design at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rick has also held positions as a Senior Technical Evangelist and Design Lead in Ethics & Society at Microsoft, focusing on the cultural intersection of design and emerging technologies. In addition, they were an Interactive Media Instructor at the Art Institute of California from 2003 to 2006.
