Rico Henderson

Rico Henderson, II is a Hardware Program Manager at Microsoft, where they leverage their mechanical engineering background and global operations experience to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Previously, Rico gained diverse experience through internships at companies including Procter & Gamble, Dell Technologies, Eaton, and Ambient Energy, where they optimized product designs and improved manufacturing processes. Rico holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
