Ron Owens

Ron Owens is a Senior Design Lead known for pioneering work in digital assistants and personality development. They are currently responsible for driving programming for Cortana's editorial content at Microsoft, collaborating with global writers and editors while owning the US content set. Previously, Ron managed a theater facility at Shoreline Community College, where they also taught technical theater and performance classes. With a background in creative writing, Ron has had plays produced across the US and has authored scripts for various media, including an animated web series. Ron holds a BA from the University of Washington.
