Rui Grilo

Rui Grilo is the Europe North Director for Government, Healthcare, and Defense at Microsoft, where they focus on team management, change management, and program management to tackle public sector challenges. With over eight years of leadership experience in Microsoft's public and education sectors, Rui drives collaboration and transformation across critical industries. Prior to their current role, Rui held several advisory positions within the Portuguese government and worked at Portugal Telecom, where they contributed to various initiatives in education and technology. They earned a Doctor of Management in Organisational Change from the University of Hertfordshire.
