Ruslan Yakushev

Ruslan Yakushev is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where they manage a team responsible for the Azure App Service control plane. With a background in software engineering, they have extensive experience in the design, development, and release of core server and application runtime components, web-based applications, and user interfaces. Previously, Ruslan worked as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, where they made significant contributions to Internet Information Services and established new processes for PHP integration on Windows Servers. They hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University, which they completed in 1998.
