Ryan Carter is a customer experience fanatic and an experienced program leader with a strong track record in support and service operations. They have held significant roles at prominent companies such as Microsoft, where they served as an App Assure Office and Edge Engineering Engagement Manager and are currently a Senior Product Manager in Customer Experience Engineering.
