Ryan Shugart

Ryan Shugart has a diverse background in IT support and program management, with significant experience in network administration and accessibility testing. Ryan's career began at Greyhound Lines as a Teleservices Assistant before transitioning to accessibility testing at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. At OptiFrame Software, LLC, Ryan managed corporate network systems, progressing to a LAN Administrator role at MiTek Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing a global network for thousands of users. Currently, Ryan serves as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, leading the accessibility team in the Cloud + Artificial Intelligence division. Ryan holds a B.A. in Applied Computing Systems, Communications, and Psychology from the University of Denver.
