Rylin Rodgers

Rylin Rodgers is currently the Disability Policy Director at Microsoft Accessibility, where they focus on advancing disability policy. With a solid background as a Disability Policy Advisor, Rylin has experience across industry, nonprofit, and academic settings. Previously, they served as the Director of Public Policy at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities from 2018 to 2021 and were the Founding Director at Family Voices Indiana from 2006 to 2018. Rylin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from George Mason University, where they are currently pursuing further education.
