Sam South

Sam South is an AI Transformation Executive with a strong background in delivering over $300 million in business value through GenAI strategy and implementation. They currently serve as the Director of People Analytics at Microsoft, where they leverage their expertise in enterprise data science. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at Allianz Life, including Director and Head of Data Science, and Senior Reporting & Analytics Consultant. Their career began at IBM, where they advanced from an HR intern to a Global Workforce Analytics Consultant Team Lead. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Portland State University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Studies from the University of Minnesota.
