Samir Char

Samir Char is a data scientist at Microsoft Azure Core, where they develop machine learning solutions. They previously served as a Data Scientist at Grupodot, implementing models that significantly improved forecasting and customer retention for major companies in Colombia. Before that, Samir worked as a Semi-Senior Data Scientist at Mercado Libre and contributed to social media analysis tools at Young & Rubicam. Samir holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
