Sanjeev Panwar

Sanjeev Panwar is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Microsoft, where they focus on strategic talent development and organizational design within the Co-Pilot Studio. Previously, Sanjeev held various HR roles at Microsoft, including Senior HR Manager for Azure and Cloud Infrastructure, where they led initiatives for international expansion and talent management. They began their career with internships at multiple companies, including Aon, Colgate-Palmolive, and Bharat Petroleum. Sanjeev is pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Psychology from Panjab University.
