Sarah Mock

Sarah Mock is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Bethesda Studios, a position they began in 2024. Previously, they held various significant roles at Microsoft, including Senior Director of Enterprise Resilience and Crisis Management and Director of Finance Sustainability within the Office of the CFO, where they led initiatives supporting Microsoft's 2030 sustainability commitments. Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Sarah worked as a Senior Director at T-Mobile, specializing in corporate governance and securities, following roles in corporate counsel positions at Starbucks, Univar, and Coinstar. Sarah earned a BS in Business from the University of Washington and a JD from Seattle University School of Law.
