Sarah Wright

Sarah Wright is currently the Director of Modern Experiences Platforms & Analytics at Microsoft, where they focus on AI transformation in the Professional Services and Sales ecosystem. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including Resource and Capacity Management Leader for the GBS in the Middle East and Africa, where they managed talent deployment and resource optimization. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Consultant at PwC Consulting and has experience in capacity planning at British Steel. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of East Anglia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Metals and Management from the University of Sheffield.
