With over 10 years of experience in data analytics, customer success, quality improvement, and risk management, Scott has held various roles, including Senior Director of Professional Services at Humanyze. They hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. from the University of Idaho, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Utah.
