Scott Tisdall

Scott Tisdall is a Cloud Deployment Program Manager with extensive experience in leadership, engineering, and project management across various sectors, including nuclear power and cloud technologies. They served as a Test Platform Lead at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they led a team of engineers and authored numerous test procedures. In their military career with the U.S. Navy, they advanced from Electronics Technician to Division Officer, managing a large team and overseeing quality assurance programs. At Microsoft, Scott currently leads cloud deployment initiatives and previously managed change management processes for high-visibility projects. They hold a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
