Sean Holland

Sean Holland is a Director at Microsoft, where they lead initiatives in data center standards and performance, driving efficiency and collaboration across teams. With over a decade of experience in project and change management, Sean has successfully managed programs at major companies including Amazon and Holland America Line. Previously serving as a Petty Officer First Class in the US Navy, Sean demonstrated leadership skills by revamping training programs and rapidly rising through ranks. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University.
