Shabbir Ahmed

Shabbir Ahmed is a Security Research Scientist with over 65 patents filed, currently leading security research at Microsoft. Previously, Shabbir held positions as a Security Research Engineer at Intel Labs, where research focused on IoT and wearable device security, and worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, developing applications in multiple programming languages. Shabbir began their career as a Research Intern at Bosch, automating test bench functions. Shabbir holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RNS Institute of Technology in India.
