Shad Phillips is currently the Director of Customer Architecture and Engineering, leading the Application Modernization and Migration Tech Success Team, which helps clients optimize their use of Azure through technical support and system design. Previously, Shad held various positions, including Director of Sales Enablement at Hitachi Consulting and multiple senior consulting roles at companies such as Pier 1 Imports and Dell. Shad's extensive experience in cloud solutions includes serving as a Principal Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft. Shad earned a BBA from New Mexico State University between 1991 and 1997.
