Shaishav Desai

Shaishav Desai is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in high-speed interconnect development and circuit design, currently serving as an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund since April 2024. Desai has held a Senior Director position at Microsoft since January 2020, leading cross-functional teams in the development of proprietary AI and Compute System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies. Previous roles include Senior Director at Rambus, where Desai oversaw the development of advanced Serdes technology, and significant engineering positions at Wave Computing, MoSys, Prism Circuits, PA Semi, Sun Microsystems, and the Indian Space Research Organisation. Desai holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University. Additional educational pursuits were undertaken at Hindu University of America and the University of California, Berkeley.
