Shanshan Qu is currently a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where they leverage their extensive experience in platform engineering. Previously, they served as a Senior Platform Engineer at Westpac New Zealand and worked as a System Engineer in Cloud Services at The University of Auckland. Shanshan has also contributed as a Cloud and Infrastructure Specialist at Mercury NZ, and held positions in technical support and account management at Red Hat and Alibaba Cloud. With a strong background in Linux, AWS, and troubleshooting, Shanshan has established a solid foundation in the IT industry, particularly within higher education.
