Sharad Pawar is an experienced Executive Architect currently working with Microsoft as a Principal Architect in Cloud and AI. They have held notable positions such as Head of IT Architecture at IDFC FIRST Bank and Director of Enterprise Solutions at IDFC Bank, where they were instrumental in architecting key banking solutions and establishing a robust digital platform. Previously, Sharad has worked with Oracle and ServiceNow, focusing on financial services architecture. They are pursuing an Executive MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
