Sharon Hunt

Sharon Hunt is the Head of HR for Customer Success at Microsoft, where they are a key member of the senior leadership team, focused on creating strategic people plans and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives across the UK. Previously, they held various roles at Vodafone, including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Programme Manager, where they drove significant organizational changes and efficiently managed HR services. Sharon also served as the Senior HR Services & Benefits Manager at IHS Global Inc. after a period of maternity leave. They earned a degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea.
