Shawn Jian has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, beginning with a role as a Network Engineer at Ericsson from July 2011 to August 2014, where contributions included solution design for GPRS and EPS networks and involvement in the first LTE network delivery for several operators. Shawn's expertise continued to expand at Microsoft, serving as a Support Escalation Engineer and then as a Senior Technical Support Engineering Manager for Azure Big Data from February 2019 to June 2020, leading a team of over 20 members and focusing on driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Shawn held roles including Support Engineer and Technical Advisor at Microsoft from October 2017 to February 2019, specializing in Azure services such as Cosmos DB and Data Explorer. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, both obtained from Jilin University.
