Sheila Rue is a strategic technology leader and customer advocate currently serving as Director, Voice of Customer at Microsoft. In this role, Sheila translates the needs of small and medium business customers into strategic insights that influence product development and marketing. Previously, Sheila held various leadership positions, including Global Value Realization Director at IFS and VP Customer Experience at Intellect. With a foundational background in industrial/organizational psychology from Washington State University, Sheila has demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer experience across multiple sectors. Currently, Sheila is also the Founder and Principal Strategist at Echo Aspen.
