Shelby Grieve

Shelby Grieve, M.Ed., is a progressive, results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in building high-performing cross-functional teams and executing impactful global programs. Previously serving at companies such as Oracle and Microsoft, Shelby managed significant projects and budgets, notably achieving multimillion-dollar revenues and enhancing customer satisfaction. Currently, as the Director of Manager/Leader Capabilities at Microsoft, Shelby defines global skilling strategies to empower managers and support team success, demonstrating expertise in leadership development and instructional design. They hold a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and an M.Ed. in Adult and Vocational Education from the University of Idaho.
