Shi-En Lim

Shi-En Lim is a qualified Professional Engineer with a strong technical background in Building Services and a history of successfully delivering complex projects. Shi-En began their career as an Electrical Project Engineer at Norman Disney & Young, advancing to the role of Senior Engineer and managing significant projects. Following this, Shi-En served as Design Manager at Brookfield Multiplex Australasia, overseeing major developments like the Fiona Stanley Hospital and QEII Central Energy Plant. Shi-En later became the Director of TOV Management, focusing on project advisory and management consultancy, and they currently hold the position of Senior Director at Microsoft for the APAC DCE. Shi-En holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Curtin University.
