Shipra Saraf

Shipra Saraf possesses extensive HR experience across prominent organizations, including leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. Shipra served as HR Lead for Workforce Analytics and Special Projects at Johnson & Johnson from April 2016 to February 2017, where Shipra established the HR analytics process. Subsequently, Shipra led HR Shared Services for multiple business units at the same company, overseeing operations and service delivery for a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees. Shipra’s expertise also includes HR consulting at EY, where Shipra worked on large-scale HR transformation projects and developed an employee engagement measurement methodology. Currently, Shipra serves as Head of HR Consulting for India and South Asia at Microsoft and has held HR leadership roles at Kenvue. Shipra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
