Sinead Mullins

Sinead Mullins is currently serving as the EMEA Senior Labour Relations Programme Manager at Microsoft, where they design and deliver labour relations programmes across the region while advising senior leadership on compliance and change management. With over 15 years of experience, they have represented employers before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court, while also serving as a ministerial nominee and member of the Low Pay Commission. Sinead holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick, along with degrees in Law and Economics and Finance. Prior to their current role, Sinead worked at Ibec as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and held various positions in employer relations.
